Floral Aromatics

The Floral Aromatics takes the core citrus and quinine notes of the Tonic Water but adds some soft fruit flavours from pear to the mix. We introduced a shift from lime to a more orangey note, and the result is a soft, round fruit flavour alongside the citrus on the front of the palate and the classic quinine bitterness.

Floral Aromatics

“Ripe pear on the nose with a soft bitter quinine body, fresh peach and a soft lemon finish” Tom Soden, mixologist and drinks consultant

Drink it With

The soft fruit flavour contrasts really well against strong citrus notes in spirits to add an additional dimension to a gin and tonic – so look for citrus forward gins, vodkas and Blanco tequilas for a perfectly balanced drink.
